ACS Designs and Manufacturing does business with the highest integrity, transparency, and fairness. We never tolerate any forms of bribery and corruption in every part of our activities and business connections.
What is Bribery and Corruption?
Bribery is the giving, offering, accepting, or soliciting something of value in exchange for an unfair advantage or gain.
Corruption is the misuse of entrusted positions for organizational and personal gain and usually entails bribery.
The conduct is against our standards of ethical business practice and undermines our commitment to honesty and fairness.
Our Policy Commitments
ACS Designs and Manufacturing does not and will not:
- Give, request, receive, or offer bribes at any time
- Receive or offer any gift, payment, or other advantage that can be an attempt to gain improper business favor.
- Enter into any collusion, favoritism, or improper business practice
- Authorize or accept any person or organization offering bribery or improper business on our behalf
This policy shall be binding upon all employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, and business associates conducting business with our company.
Legal Compliance
We fully comply with all the relevant anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation where we operate. Breach of such legislation attracts severe punishment, both legally and within the domain of our organizational policy.
Responsibilities and Enforcement
We anticipate this policy will be well understood, observed, and enforced by all ACS Designs and Manufacturing employees and representatives.
Suppliers and partners must apply the principles themselves as a condition of trade with us.
Violations of this policy are serious misconduct.
For the employees, it can lead to disciplinary action, such as removal from service.
For the customers or suppliers, it can lead to the cancellation of contractual agreements or partnership arrangements.
Reporting Concerns
We ask that any individual who feels there has been a breach of this policy bring the matter directly to the notice of company management.
We will handle complaints confidentially and investigate appropriately.
When we find faults, we will take proper corrective action and, if necessary, report the incident to the appropriate legal authorities.
Availability of the Policy
We will distribute a copy of this policy to employees, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders upon request. CS will include it in relevant induction packs and contractor contracts.
