Child Protection

ACS Designs and Manufacturing has zero tolerance for child abuse or exploitation of any form. We do not tolerate:

  • Child labour in any area of our business or supply chain
  • Any direct or indirect practice that places children at risk.

Kindly report any such concerns immediately, and employees should actively protect the health and well-being of children.

Compliance with Modern Slavery

Following the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, we want to pursue, prevent, and eliminate modern slavery in all forms from our company and supply chain.
We ask all suppliers and partners to follow these policies. Noncompliance will trigger immediate investigation, remedial steps, or suspension of business activities.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All staff are expected not to release confidential information—personal, client, or internal business information.
Staff cannot release any information without explicit client and Company Directors’ authorization, except where disclosure is compulsive by law.
